Postage and Packaging

All parcels will be sent from the UK using Royal Mail tracked service, unless express is selected as an extra (availability depending)

I have changed shipping policy to only the tracked service due to some parcels going missing.

I aim to dispatch within 3 working days of the order being placed.

Full dice sets arrive in a black postal box, with the dice wrapped inside with red shredded paper.

single dice or incomplete sets are sent in a brown pillow box with red shredded paper inside.

Lost parcels with Standard Shipping will not be refunded.

Lost parcels with Tracked Delivery selected will be refunded or remade and sent after claiming with the package handler. I will discuss this with you for your preference.

We do not cover any customs/import charges that might be added after we've shipped the item.

I do not accept returns and refunds will only be offered if a parcel is confirmed missing via a tracked delivery service.

Should you be worried a parcel is missing please get in touch. We can discuss options for you such as refund or remake of a set depending on the circumstances.
